Isiwara is a novel concept of a self sustaining village that runs its own Restaurant, and Herb and Spices boutique. The village grows its own food crops, and even has a factory to produce and freshly process the ingredients required for the management of the Restaurant and Boutique.
The restaurant serves international cuisine with an emphasis on authentic Sri Lankan delicacies. Think along the lines of Isiwara garden salad with mango dressing, mixed seafood platter, and a bowl of jaggery pudding that melts in the mouth.
