3.1 Booking Confirmation

- Receipt of full or partial payment (if applicable), or
- Valid credit card guarantee
A confirmation email will be issued.
3.2 Rate Information
- Rates may be quoted in USD or LKR.
- Applicable taxes and service charges may apply.
- Oak Ray reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
3.3 Amendments
Booking modifications are subject to availability and applicable rate conditions.
4. Payment Policy
- Valid credit card required at time of booking.
- Certain promotional or peak-period rates may require full prepayment.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

6. Check-In & Check-Out

- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in, in accordance with Sri Lankan regulations.
7. Child Policy
Oak Ray Hotels & Resorts welcomes families. Policies may vary by property.
General Child Policy:
- Children under 6 years stay free when sharing existing bedding.
- Children aged 6–11 may incur a reduced meal supplement.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
- Extra beds are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Certain properties may operate as adults-only (clearly stated during booking).
Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.
8. Extra Beds & Maximum Occupancy
- Extra beds are available subject to room category and availability.
- Charges apply per night.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for safety reasons.
Oak Ray reserves the right to refuse accommodation if occupancy limits are exceeded.
9. Guest Conduct

The hotel may charge the credit card on file for damages.

- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Injuries occurring due to guest negligence
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables.
12. Force Majeure
Oak Ray shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Civil unrest
- Pandemics
- Travel restrictions
In such cases, Oak Ray reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations.
13. Third-Party Services
Excursions, transfers, or tours arranged through third-party providers are subject to their own terms and conditions. Oak Ray is not liable for third-party performance.
14. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Oak Ray Privacy Policy available on our website.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
